JOSH SHAW

Founding Artistic Director and CEO

Co-founder and Artistic Director Josh Shaw is the driving creative force behind POP, having directed and designed every production since 2011. He also maintains a busy freelance directing career at companies across the country.

KATHERINE POWERS

Executive Director

Katherine joined the team as Executive Director in 2023. Katherine oversees strategic planning, development, finance, and operations to ensure the ongoing growth and success of POP.

ANTHONY WHITSON-MARTINI

Director of Education & Engagement

Anthony joined the team as Director of Education & Engagement in November 2025. He oversees all POP educational and engagement programming with a focus on cultivating partnerships and enriching the community.

CHARLOTTE OSBORN

Operations Manager

Charlotte joined the team in February 2025. She runs the POP HQ rentals and works closely with the artistic team on the operational side of things, including contracting, production logistics and finance.

HEATHER YOUNG

Digital & Social Media Manager

Heather joined the team in 2025. She oversees all of POP's social media platforms, email campaigns, website, print and digital advertisements.

EMILY GELLER

Social Media Coordinator

Emily joined the team in 2025 as a content creator for POP's social media platforms, and made her POP performance debut as a singer in 2022.

SARAH STURDEVANT

Engagement Coordinator

Sarah joined the team in August 2023 as a production intern and has since taken on various roles at POP. She coordinates POP's community engagement events and works as an artistic collaborator and technical crew member on shows.

NANCY LESNEY

Development Associate

Nancy joined the team in 2025, supporting development, assisting with grants and communications, and contributing to audience growth.

KATHERINE SYER

Grant Writer

Katherine began supporting POP's fundraising efforts in October of 2023, as a grant writer focused on government and foundation funding.
