What is POP’s POP-In program?
In POP's SNAP/EBT access program, EBT cardholders can attend any show in our 15th Anniversary Season for free.
How will the POP-In program work?
SNAP/EBT cardholders will present their EBT card at check in. POP’s Front of House Staff will record the recipient’s email address and zip code, thus allowing them free entry into the theater.
Can EBT cardholders reserve their tickets in advance?
No. The program is a same day, walk up ticket access program. Individuals seeking to redeem free advance tickets can inquire with POP via email at learn@pacificoperaproject.com.
Is there limited ticket availability for the SNAP/EBT cardholders?
Yes. The POP-In program is only available while tickets last.
Does the POP-in program offer free tickets to POP’s special events?
No. The POP-In program currently only offers free tickets to performances in our 2025-2026 production season. Special events such as the POP Artist Recital Series or other ticketed POP events are not included.
Does POP offer any other ticket access programs?
Families with children that were affected by the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires can also receive complimentary tickets through the POP-In program.
