Mary Frances Conover

Soprano

Lyric Coloratura Mary Frances Conover is a Santa Catalina Island native, and an alumna from Chapman University’s College of Performing Arts. She has since gone on to pursue a professional music and performance career. Her professional credits include mainstage opera and musical theatre, Knott’s Berry Farm’s seasonal shows, singing at the Disneyland Resort, and is revered across Southern California for her portrayal as Marilyn Monroe. She is blessed and grateful for the opportunities presented to her, including featured roles with Pacific Symphony’s Opera for Kids, and the Landmark Opera, leading roles with Lyric Opera of Orange County, and making her Carnegie Hall debut as Despina Così Fan Tutte with Angels Vocal Art in 2019. Favorite roles include Maggie Mills-Ghost Town Alive! (Knott’s), Mabel-Pirates of Penzance, Adele-Die Fledermaus, Philia-Funny…Forum, Cosette-Les Misérables, Anna Held-Tintypes, and Maguelonne-Viardot’s Cinderella.
